⚠️ Beta Service Notice

FlameTech Solutions is currently in BETA. This means:

  • The service is provided free of charge during the beta period
  • We do not guarantee data retention or protection against data loss
  • Features may change, be removed, or experience interruptions
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and introduce paid plans

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlameTech Solutions ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

FlameTech Solutions is a field service management platform currently in beta testing. Your use of the Service during this beta period is subject to these Terms and any additional beta-specific conditions.

2. Beta Service Disclaimer

2.1 Beta Status

The Service is currently in beta ("Beta Service"). This means:

  • The Service may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time
  • Performance may be unpredictable or unstable
  • Features shown or promised may not be delivered

2.2 No Warranty

THE BETA SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

2.3 Data Loss and Retention

IMPORTANT: During the beta period:

  • We DO NOT guarantee data retention, backup, or recovery
  • Data may be lost, corrupted, or deleted without notice
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
  • We may reset or clear all data at any time
  • Beta data may not transfer to the production version

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1 Current Pricing

The Service is currently offered free of charge during the beta period. This is a limited-time offer subject to change.

3.2 Future Pricing Changes

We reserve the absolute right to:

  • Introduce pricing at any time with 30 days notice
  • Create premium tiers with advanced features
  • Modify pricing for any tier or feature
  • Convert free accounts to paid subscriptions
  • Limit or remove features from free accounts

3.3 Notification of Changes

If we introduce pricing or change your plan:

  • You will receive at least 30 days advance notice via email
  • You may choose to accept the new terms or discontinue use
  • Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance
  • You may export your data before any changes take effect

3.4 Grandfathering

We may, at our sole discretion, offer special pricing or features to beta users, but we are not obligated to do so.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

4.3 Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlameTech Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

During the beta period, we may collect additional diagnostic and usage data to improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD
  • THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlameTech Solutions, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • At the end of the beta period
  • If we discontinue the Service
  • At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We are not obligated to maintain or provide your data after termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
